A 1971 graduate of Harvard College and a 1975 graduate of Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Fazio also completed Clinical Fellowships in Periodontology and Oral Medicine at Harvard. He is currently associate clinical professor of surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. His current books include, Oral Medicine Secrets (Hanley & Belfus) and his most recent publication, The Ultimate Cheat Sheets™ The Practical Guide for Dentist (UCS Publishing). The CRA Newsletter named Dr. Fazio's DVD course, "Antibiotics in Dentistry" among the very best educational products of 2003.
Dr. Fazio has presented Continuing Education courses at meetings throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
