Dr. Timothy Hempton received his DDS from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He also earned a certificate in periodontology from Marquette University.
He is an associate clinical professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and serves as the assistant director of the postdoctoral program in periodontology. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, and serves as a member of the American Academy of Periodontology's Education Committee and Dental Hygiene Education Committee and as a site visitor for postdoctoral periodontology for the Joint Commission on Dental Accreditation. In addition, he lectures nationally and is on the editorial boards of numerous publications.
Dr. Hempton maintains a private practice limited to periodontics and implantology in Dedham, Massachusetts.
