Align Technology, Inc. recently convened over 700 general practitioners and dental team members at the 2025 Invisalign® GP Summit—an educational gathering focused on digital treatment planning, clinical integration, and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. The 3-day event featured lectures, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities intended to support evidence-informed use of Invisalign® clear aligners, iTero™ intraoral scanning, and digital workflows.
The summit opened with a keynote from Align president and CEO Joe Hogan, who spoke to the evolving role of general practitioners in digital dentistry. He emphasized treatment workflow optimization and patient experience as key areas of growth.
“We were honored to welcome doctors and their practice teams to the 2025 Invisalign® GP Summit—the summit is one of our favorite ways to connect with our customers and hear about their successes with Invisalign treatment and the digital tools that support their practices,” said Hogan. “Together, we celebrated 20 million Invisalign® smiles transformed by Invisalign doctors, shared clinical and practice insights into Invisalign treatment, iTero scanners, and exocad software, and discussed innovations shaping the future of digital dentistry.”
Throughout the program, clinicians engaged in small-group sessions and demonstrations highlighting updates to the Align™ Digital Platform, which integrates Align’s software, hardware, and treatment planning systems.
Frank Quinn, Align’s executive vice president and managing director for the Americas, noted: “We know that experience matters—for doctors, their teams, and the patients they treat. Clinical confidence and efficiency with Invisalign treatment is at the foundation of delivering an exceptional smile journey to patients of every age and case type. The 2025 Invisalign GP Summit helped elevate experiences through every part of the Align™ Digital Platform.”
