Tungsten Dental, a subsidiary of Tungsten Medical Network, has entered into a distribution agreement with J. MORITA USA covering Morita’s capital equipment product line for the dental field. The agreement broadens Tungsten’s role in supporting dental practices, imaging centers, and dental service organizations (DSOs) across the United States.
Tungsten Dental focuses on diagnostic imaging infrastructure and related services. Under this agreement, the company will support Morita’s in-office CBCT imaging systems, including equipment distribution, installation, maintenance, accreditation assistance, PACS-based scan access, and ongoing technical support. The aim is to provide continuity across the imaging lifecycle, from implementation through long-term operation.
The Tungsten team brings experience with Morita imaging equipment from work in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) clinical settings, where the company has supported similar technologies for nearly a decade. This background is intended to translate to technical familiarity with Morita systems as they are applied in dental environments.
“Tungsten’s entry into the dental market is a natural progression for the company,” commented Joe Gober, General Manager. “Dental professionals face many of the same challenges as medical providers—technology integration, compliance, and long-term equipment performance. Tungsten is well-positioned to support dental practices with a white-glove service experience that goes beyond what is currently offered in this industry.”
With this agreement, Tungsten Dental extends its existing diagnostic imaging support model to dentistry, reflecting ongoing convergence between medical and dental imaging standards, regulatory expectations, and technology management needs.
