The company stated that the move responds to ongoing staffing challenges and increasing administrative workloads in dental clinics. Practices are seeking ways to scale operations without adding in-house costs, and the new offering is structured to address those demands through training aligned with dental workflows.
Central to the expansion is a role-specific training program developed using feedback from dental clinics. Virtual assistants are prepared to support dental reception tasks such as patient communication, appointment coordination, and front-desk workflows; scheduling responsibilities including management of complex appointment books and reducing missed visits; billing and insurance processes involving dental coding, claims, and verification workflows; and practice management system simulation that provides experience with platforms used in dental offices.
According to the company, the training approach is intended to reduce onboarding time and allow virtual assistants to contribute upon integration into a practice.
