The company stated that the move responds to ongoing staffing challenges and increasing administrative workloads in dental clinics. Central to the expansion is a role-specific training program developed using feedback from dental clinics. Virtual assistants are prepared to support dental reception tasks such as patient communication, appointment coordination, and front-desk workflows; scheduling responsibilities including management of complex appointment books and reducing missed visits; billing and insurance processes involving dental coding, claims, and verification workflows; and practice management system simulation that provides experience with platforms used in dental offices.
