WEO Media and Marketly Digital have merged to form WEO Marketly, an independently owned dental marketing agency serving practices nationwide.
WEO Media, founded in 2009, and Marketly Digital, originally established as Roadside Dental Marketing in 1999, have collectively served 4,657 dental practices, with an average client relationship of 7.4 years, according to the companies. The firms completed their merger in May 2026 after collaborating on shared accounts for nine months. Existing clients will continue receiving services without interruption, according to the announcement.
The combined agency brings together WEO Media's capabilities in search engine optimization (SEO), artificial intelligence (AI) search visibility, and return on investment (ROI) measurement with Marketly Digital’s services in branding, video production, social media, and website development.
Shannon Mackey, founder of Marketly Digital, serves as chief executive officer of WEO Marketly, and Cory Roletto, founder of WEO Media, serves as chief growth officer. Both founders retain ownership of the combined agency.
According to Mackey, the merger is intended to help dental practice owners better understand how their marketing expenditures contribute to new patient acquisition and practice production.
The agency provides its services through the Omni-Dentist Growth System, which includes marketing activities across conventional search engines, AI–based search platforms, social media, and online review sites. AI search platforms identified in the program include ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
Performance measurement will focus on the contribution of individual marketing channels to patient acquisition and production rather than metrics such as clicks and impressions. The program also includes quarterly meetings between practice owners and agency strategists to assess performance and adjust marketing activities.
Additional services include website development, traditional SEO, AI search optimization, paid advertising through Google and Meta, content creation, video production, and online reputation management.
According to Roletto, the agency uses AI to reduce repetitive tasks and allow staff to dedicate more time to clients and marketing performance analysis.
